A 28 years old nulliparous women was admitted to the dept. of OB & GY Eul-Ji hospital because of amenorrhea 38 weeks with twin pregnancy with mild lower abdominal pain on May 25th 1993. She was received clomiphene-induced ovulation from May 1992
to
Sep
1992 due to primary infertility. She ws recived antenatal care at local clinical and her antenatal course was uneventful till 9 month pregnancy except twin pregnancy.
On May 26th 1993, delivered by lower segment transverse cesarean section at 38 weeks of gestation.
